Important Information For Household CustomersPlease ensure that BINS are out for collection the night before or from 7am on the morning of the collection. DM Waste is not responsible for bins that have not been collected as a result of the bin not being presented on time. Thank you for your co-operation. -
Brown Food Caddy Is Now AvailableD&M Environmental Services Ltd are obliged to issue households with a Brown Food Bin. Households are required to segregate their food waste from all other waste and have it collected by an authorised Waste Collector, bring it to an authorised facility or compost certain food types that are suitable for the home composting process.

HOUSEHOLD BIN REGISTRATION INFORMATION
It is now a REQUIREMENT that all households REGISTER their bins for collections and we would ask you to do this as soon as possible as your bins will not be collected.
1) Click on "New Customer Register" above and enter your details.
Once your bin has been collected, login to your account and you will be able to see the weights of your bins.
